5150 Northwest Highway, an affordable housing structure developed by Fill Circle Communities, will be a 75 unit mixed-income apartment community for veterans, persons with disabilities, and working families in Jefferson Park. 5150 includes a 4,000 sq. ft. commercial space on the ground floor, which Friendship Presbyterian Church and our non-profit, Friendship Community Place, will inhabit! The building is projected to be complete in May 2021. Check back here for updates on our move in process!
5150 will allow Friendship Presbyterian Church to fulfill our missional goals in new and exciting ways. The space includes a full commercial kitchen, a large multi-purpose space, and a full administrative suite that features a child
care area for the youngest in our community to learn and play.
Our new home has been designed with our community in mind – every aspect of the space will be fully accessible. Our single user bathrooms are all gender neutral and will feature infant changing tables.
